Lodging info
The Tech Center has reserved a room block at the Home2 Suites By Hilton Downtown. The hotel is within walking distance to many historic and contemporary landmarks as well as restaurants. To get to the event venue on the University of Arizona campus, the Tech Center will provide a free shuttle service between the hotel and the Main Library where the event venue is located.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time at the hotel is 4:00pm. A credit or debit card and ID are required for check-in. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Participants are responsible for expenses such as incidentals or charges for any damages.
Travel
TUCSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (TUS)
Tucson International Airport is located about eight miles south of downtown Tucson.
Airport Transportation
The service providers listed below are not part of or endorsed by the Tech Center. They are provided for ease of customer reference only. The Tech Center accepts no legal responsibility for using any of these services.
Shuttles
The Tucson International Airport website offers information on transportation providers that service the Tucson area. In most cases advanced reservations are required.
Arriving passengers can meet all transportation services outside baggage claim on the lower level of the main terminal. Follow the signs for Ground Transportation and cross the first roadway to the commercial roadways.
Rideshare
Lyft and Uber: Tucson International Airport has a designated pick-up and drop-off area for passengers using rideshare apps (follow the signs for Ground Transportation or “App Rides”).
The cost for a ride from the airport to Downtown Tucson is around $25-$30. The ride takes about 15-20 min. depending on traffic.
