Please note that the buildings are air-conditioned. If you tend to get cold, make sure to bring some additional clothing to make yourself comfortable.

Please bring your laptop to our meetings.

Business casual.

We will provide you with breakfast, snacks and beverages throughout the day.
 

Welcome Reception

The Tech Center invites all participants of the workshop to attend our welcome reception on Monday, June 3, 4:30-6:30pm, in the Humanities Courtyard (map). Light refreshments will be provided. 

Should weather conditions not permit it to be outdoors, the reception will be held in the adjacent student lounge.

The Tech Center has reserved room blocks at the Courtyard By Marriott New Haven (Flagship, Project GO, LTC, DLIFLC participants). It is within walking distance to the meeting venue at the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning and the Yale campus.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00pm. A credit card and ID are required for check-in. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Room policies

Participants are responsible for expenses such as incidentals or charges for any damages.

Bradley International Airport (BDL) (52 miles)

Bradley International Airport in Hartford is marketed as the “no hassle” alternative to the New York City airports. It is served by all major airlines and is reasonably easy to access from New Haven.
